I am a native of Calhoun County. I was born and raised here and attended Guinyard Elementary before moving to the University of South Carolina for my Bachelor's and Master's degrees. I love history and technology. Where we come from can tell us so much! As the famous saying goes, "If you do not know your history, you are doomed to repeat it."
Outside of school, I am a member of the University of South Carolina Arts and Sciences Board. I love crafting, being outside, and traveling. To me, education is the doorway to anything you want in life. Anyone can learn—it's just that everyone does not learn the same!
